At MC² Ice Cream, every scoop is handcrafted with creativity, passion and over 25 years of restaurant industry experience. Founded and operated by Colorado natives Matt and Lindsay Casarez, MC² Ice Cream is a family-owned company known for its unique flavor creations, fresh-made waffle cones and commitment to quality.

Matt and Lindsay are best known for earning a Guinness World Record for displaying 985 ice cream flavors at one time. Their innovative approach to ice cream combines nostalgic favorites with one-of-a-kind creations, all made with locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

Each week, Matt and his father, affectionately known as "Pops," handcraft small-batch American gelato-style ice cream from scratch. Lindsay oversees the brand, customer experience and event operations, helping bring unforgettable ice cream experiences to communities across Colorado.

You can find MC² Ice Cream at our locations inside Arista Deli & Coffee in Broomfield and Button Rock Bakery & The District in Lafayette. We also bring our mobile ice cream trailer to weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, graduations, school events and celebrations of all kinds throughout Colorado.
